As well as using our Off-Site Fabrication services for CB Services projects we offer a service to other Mechanical & Electrical contractors who may require our specialist services.

CB Services work in various industries, including Rail, Construction, Education, and large-scale Data Centres, for companies seeking off-site fabrication. Many of these projects require Off-Site Fabrication due to space restrictions.

We design the support brackets needed and deliver them ready to install throughout the UK. In an industry where innovation, health and safety, and waste are becoming increasingly important, we can avoid the need for on-site fabrication in less-than-ideal site conditions – this is now becoming a requirement for many of our clients.

  • With more of the work being conducted off-site, programs are less likely to be affected by site congestion. Installation time tends to be shorter because of efficiencies such as the ability to conduct other works simultaneously.

  • When compared to traditional installations, there is less disturbance because there are less vehicles on the site, less dust and noise, less risk (because working at heights can be minimized), and more controllable interface risk.

  • We can provide load data and CAD drawings for inclusion in O&M Manuals together with quality sheets for inclusion within ITPs.

    • In addition to our basic brackets, we also provide custom solutions, ranging from straightforward hangers to multi-service modules including utility cabinets, riser modules, and corridor modules.
